Updated below on 5/27/25! Just ordered two lattes at the counter. Received one and waited for the other. No latte. I asked and was listened to & then summarily ignored. I know they had the order because the cashier walked over and told them light ice right after I made the order! So I asked a second time was listened to and ignored again. I asked the third time and they started to make my latte. They asked me three times what the order was and also told them light ice. They filled the cup with ice, and I said as she reached for a lid, “it was supposed to be light ice”. I didn’t want them to have to remake it so I asked for them to take some of the ice out. So she takes it to the sink and tries to pour the ice and instead poured some of the drink down the sink. She puts the lid on and hands it to me and said sorry! So sad that just about everywhere you go these days people don’t listen! It wasn’t a difficult order. I was willing to wait and patient. I was not nasty to them. Just didn’t get good service!!! It’s kind of odd because I usually get good service here! UPDATE 5/27/25 I’ve been back many times now and the service has greatly improved. No wait for the coffee and baristas attitudes are much better.

Ordered online (Strawberry Lemonade with extra lemonade)and when I got there it was ready. It depends on the time of day. Drink comes come with strawberry slices.

i usually order a tall caramel ribbon crunch crème frappuccino, and it turned out great! the service is good, the wait time about 5-10 minutes. they also have a bathroom that requires a code. 彡

Starbucks is rarely slow. By that I mean it's typically busy. I give people in the service industry leeway because if I were in their shoes I would not appreciate nor would I work any more efficiently or faster if I were to deal with a impatient or rude customer. The great news is that the wait times are very reasonable and they have never gotten my order wrong.

Great for grabbing a quick bite. Clean dining room, ok parking lot. Food quality is consistent, even with other locations. Good place to work or study if you go when it's not busy.

Thank you to Kapolei Starbucks for helping me out! I was having such a bad morning and went to Waipahu Starbucks for a pick me up and they accidentally forgot the milk in my iced coffee, I was so bummed. I swung by the Kapolei location and explained what happened and they graciously, with a laugh and smile, gave me milk for my iced coffee. Made my day, thank you!
